Upgrade all your inefficient lighting to the latest technology could save you up to 80% of your electricity costs. e.g If your electricity bills are £2500 per annum and you take out an interest free loan from the Carbon Trust to install LED Lighting, your electricity bills could reduce to £500 per annum. Typically the loan will be structured over a period whereby the 80% savings fund the loan and make you savings on the £2500. At the end of the interest free loan period your savings are £2k per annum. The simple criteria to qualify are: 12 months trading, acceptable credit rating, private sector SME or any enterprise in Northern Ireland.
